MoDA® offers a number of workshops and 360° Multi-rater Inventories that are of great assistance. Please feel free to look at them and contact us if you have any questions.

MoDA® workshops rest on three fundamental pillars:

360° Multi-rater Feedback Inventories

The inventory provides feedback from significant others in the organization regarding the participant’s behavior.

The inventory allows the participant to contrast the image he/she has of him/herself with the image perceived by significant others in the organization. The data generated by the inventory provide information to individualize the learning process and to assess the changes in behavior generated during the workshop.

Baseline-Diagnosis of Entry Behavior

The Baseline-Diagnosis of entry behavior is a videotaped sample of each participant’s behavior at the beginning of the workshops. The baseline provides data to the trainers-facilitators to develop working hypotheses regarding emphasis to be placed during the workshop to reinforce certain attitudes or skills and to change others.

Both, the inventory and the baseline, contribute to making the workshop a learner-centered experience.

Self-awareness Psychological Instruments

People project their personality in whatever they do. Each workshop iis designed to help participants in a non-clinical way to strengthen their self-image and to use the acquired psychological tools for personal growth, to reduce the emotional cost of their services to the organization and to increase awareness regarding the image they tend to project to others. Emphasis is placed on avoiding the misuse of the tools by branding people or forecasting their behavior.
