General Description

The 360° multi-rater feedback "Team Work and Support Practices Inventory" is for staff members with no supervisory functions. The power of this inventory lies in the fact that the team work and support practices processes are broken down into behavioral components. The inventory covers 95 behaviors.

When completed, each professional or general service staff with no supervisory functions taken the inventory will receive an individualized, confidential report that elaborates about his/her team work and support practices. The report provides information that shows the image projected on significant others in the organization. The inventory provides useful, credible feedback and guarantees confidentiality to staff who are uncomfortable exposing their real perceptions in front of the staff participant. A color graph provides comparative feedback by category of raters.
