This is an individual or group activity to help executives
from different cultures and backgrounds to increase productivity
and reduce the emotional cost of doing their work in a culturally
mixed environment.
The interaction starts with a diagnostic session conducted
by MoDA®. The diagnosis will determine the goodness of fit between
the executive and the MoDA® consultant and generates data to
define a support action plan to be implemented by the executive.
Support will be provided in person, by telephone, via internet or
using other communication technology resources.
Typically, the coaching activities include:
• Strengthening of the emotional intelligence
of the participants
o Work on self-awareness
o Work on Image
o Work on Cultural Legacies
• Analysis and management of leadership style
o Visioning skills
o Building alliances
o Feedback and Recognition effectiveness
• Stress managing mechanisms
• Conflict management skills
The coaching program is conducted in English, Spanish
or French..
The cost of the coaching program will be agreed
upon with the participant of his/her institution.
