In order to help individuals to align behavior with their statements of value or to improve their image, MoDA® offers online a number of 360° inventories and personality typology questionnaires.

The inventories are:

IPLC - Inventory of Practices in Leading Change, in English, Spanish and Portuguese;
MLPI - Management and Leadership Practices Inventory, in English, Spanish, French and Portuguese;
TSPI - Team-work and Support Practices Inventory, in English, Spanish, French and Portuguese;
BRPI – Boss Relationship Practices Inventory, in English and Spanish;
CLI - Cultural Legacies Inventory, in English, Spanish, French and Portuguese.

The personality typology questionnaires are:

MBTI – Myers Briggs Type Indicator in English, Spanish, French and Portuguese;
FIRO B – Fundamental Interpersonal Relationship Orientation Behavior in English and Spanish.

The 360° inventories allow participants to compare their self-image with the image they project to significant others in the organization.

For each inventory MoDA® generates a confidential, written report with a color graph. The reports vary in length from 19 to 30 pages. The general orientation of the reports is to provide alternatives for professional development, not to evaluate the person.

Instructions to download and complete online Inventories.

English Spanish Français

1. Select the inventory you wish to take.

2. Register with MoDA® by answering the registration questionnaire.

3. MoDA® will send you a password to download the questionnaire.

4. Once approved by MoDA®, click on the “Click here for inventory” link at the
bottom of the page, and when prompted enter your username and password.

5. When the inventory appears on the screen, choose the language you prefer and
carefully follow the instructions for that inventory.

6. Read carefully the choices of respondents for that particular inventory. You will always have “Self” and “Boss.” The other categories are multiple categories and vary, depending on the inventory. You may have Peers,” Direct Report Professionals (DRP), Associates (Asso), Colleagues (Col), General Service (GS).

7. Select the persons you want to answer the inventory for you. Each person selected should fit in one of the categories of respondents in that inventory. In each of the multiple categories you may have up to seven respondents but never less than three. The computer will not score a multiple response category with less than three respondents, to protect the confidentiality of the answers.

8. If there are less than three persons in a multiple category you have different choices: a) leave blank that category; b) complete that category with members of another category, or c) merge two categories into one. For instance, if you have only one Direct Report, you may: i) have a couple of General Service staff to fill out the inventory as your Direct Reports; ii) merge the Direct Report and General Service categories into one, Direct Reports, and have all general staff and the direct report answering the inventory as your Direct Reports. In the second case, you are not going to have a General Service category in the report. Since what counts is to have meaningful feedback from significant others, you may assign people to a particular category even if in your organization the names of the categories do not match those of the inventory.

9. To protect their confidentiality, respondents do not submit their names.

10. Make sure to tell all respondents which inventory (MLPI, TSPI, IPLC, etc.) you are asking them to complete and what category of the inventory they fall under.

11. Have each respondent enter your full name in the inventory they are answering and choose the category they belong to in the box “Choose One”.

12. Ask respondents to notify you when they have completed the inventory.

13. To have your report processed send an email to MoDA® at scoringcenter@modainternational.biz or call us at 301 656 4488, fax us at 301 656 4555 to let us know that your inventory is completed.

14. Payment of US$180.00 from you or your institution is required before the confidential report will be released to you. If appropriate, mail payment to:
